Since beginning her career in the operations, Jillian has risen through various positions, starting as Transaction Coordinator, to Client Care Specialist, to Operations Manager, to Director of Operations overseeing three expansion branches, to Chief Operating Officer of a brokerage. Now working with Vickie Cooper Realty Group Inc. as their Director of Operations, Jillian is using her accumulated knowledge to create and build the systems and infrastructures behind the business to provide the best client experience and best agent experience.
